At Osmos Performance Parts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's a problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

🛠️ Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made or fabricated parts are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

💸 Refund Process

Email us at osmosperformanceparts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm if your item is eligible and send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll sort it out quickly.
