📦 Order Processing

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

🌍 Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, with most of our customers based in Europe.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method:

-Sweden    2–4 business days

-Europe (EU)    4–8 business days

-Worldwide    7–14 business days Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. Regarding Exhaust-manifolds shipment time is estimated 14 working days from order since we produce them ourselfes.

 

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Some larger or heavier items (such as custom parts or fabricated components) may incur higher shipping charges.

 

✈️ International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.

 

🛠️ Custom Orders & Fabricated Parts

Custom or fabricated parts may require additional processing time before shipping. You will be notified of any expected delays after placing your order.

 

🔄 Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at osmosperformanceparts@gmail.com We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been shipped.

 

❌ Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed or you suspect it’s lost, contact us at osmosperformanceparts@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier. Osmos Performance Parts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
